You will practice deeply inhaling and exhaling throughout this workout as you go from a revitalizing stretch series into some more challenging and strengthening flows and advanced poses like Hurdlers Pose, Fallen Angel Pose and Side Crow Pose. In this routine, you will feel more balanced and calmer than you were before you started. You'll be able to work on getting in tune with your body while stretching, building positive energy, and feeling relaxed. All you need is a mat to get started!
